the apartment had a fantastic location. the apartment included comfortable beds and all necessary amenities, meeting our needs for a weekend getaway. the staff provided helpful and easy communication, answering our queries in a timely manner.

clean accommodation group needs amazing communication
The accommodation was very clean and tidy. It provided everything that my group needed for our stay.
There was only one bathroom for a large group, so it was a bit of a squeeze at times.

The apartment included a full kitchen with an oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Plenty of cups, glasses and cutlery were available for everyone. Washing up liquid was provided too.

The apartment included a comfortable seating area. Black bags were also provided which was very useful. Heating worked well, so the apartment was warm.

The location provided easy access to many attractions. Lime Street station was only a ten minute walk away. The night life around Matthew Street was fantastic and very easy to access.

Staff were really helpful and very easy to contact. Any messages or requests received prompt answers. All instructions sent to us on whatsapp on how to gain entry into the flat.

Underwhelming stay. Several issues noted
uncomfortable mattresses unexpected id request
The mattresses were definitely past their prime. I felt every spring. it. it felt a bit intrusive and unexpected given the circumstances. the towels, allegedly, could stain and be charged for, so i avoided using them just to be safe.
